The location of this hotel is a definite plus. It is conveniently situated next to Rizal Park and just a few blocks away from Baywalk and the US embassy. There are also plenty of eateries nearby, so finding a place to eat is never a problem. The spacious rooms are clean and well-maintained, and the beds are comfortable — perfect for a good night's sleep. The staff are friendly and accommodating, ensuring a pleasant stay. Additionally, the hotel offers rooms with 3 single beds, which is a great option for groups or families traveling together.
The hot shower could use some improvement.

Courteous and efficient staff. They cal a taxi for us to ensure our safety and take note of the taxi drivers details who took us to the airport.
Streets are flooded during rainy season and had difficulty getting to the place without getting wet, otherwise it was situated in a place just right where we want it to be for the purpose we were in Manila. Rooms are supposed to be non-smoking but you can still smell cigarette scent when you get into the room. linens and towel are tidy and clean but old.

This hotel in Manila exceeded my expectations in many ways. the value for money was outstanding, with prices that were very affordable for the quality of the accommodations. Secondly, the attention to detail was impressive. Despite its location in a noisy district, the hotel ensured a quiet and peaceful stay. Additionally, the staff provided excellent service, showing efficiency and professionalism. Lastly, the rooms with three single beds were a great option for our group, and the breakfast included in the rate was a pleasant surprise.
All was well during my stay at this hotel.

The location is good.
We paid 10% more than booked price on the website. We complained the price with hotel, but they replied they following the marketprice but not the price on the Booked.net when you booked. Moreover, the window air conditioner is too noisy to sleep in the night.

The location of the hotel is great as it is near many shops and restaurants. The room was spacious and clean, and the comfortable bed provided a good night’s sleep during my stay. Additionally, the strong and fast wifi was a plus for staying connected with family and friends during the Christmas holidays.
There were some downsides during my stay. The hot shower was difficult to manage, making it difficult to control the water temperature. Also, there were no complimentary bottled water in the room. Despite these minor issues, it was a decent stay overall.

Having been there for the second time around, what made us opt for this place again was because of the friendly and courteous attitude of its staff....aside from the proximity of the place to our destination. Staff were very accomodating. Indeed it is a safe place away from home....More power to its management and staff.....THANK You and merry christmas!!!!!
Hope next time we will be booked in a room fronting the roadside....as was requested by us during the booking....

This hotel definitely offers value for money. Despite being located in a bustling neighborhood, I was impressed with how well the rooms were soundproofed. I had a peaceful night's sleep, undisturbed by any street noise. The staff members were also attentive and friendly, providing excellent service throughout my stay.
My experience at this hotel was satisfactory.
